About the event
Understanding ADHD – Online WorkshopJoin us for this supportive and informative 1-hour workshop designed for parents and carers of children with ADHD.
We’ll explore common symptoms of ADHD and how they present across the developmental stages of childhood, from early years to the school-age phase. The session will also focus on practical, evidence-based strategies to help your child manage their symptoms and feel more confident both at home and in the classroom.
The workshop will be delivered by Zoe, a passionate and experienced children’s practitioner. Zoe has worked with children and young people with additional behavioural needs and disabilities for over 12 years. She holds NVQ Level 3 and 4 qualifications in Children’s Care, Learning and Development – and she also brings her own lived experience, having ADHD herself. Zoe offers a warm, relatable approach and a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths that come with ADHD.
