Whether you're preparing for your first baby or your fourth, Bump & Breathe is your weekly space to slow down, connect with your changing body, and feel truly supported as you prepare for birth and motherhood.
Over four soothing sessions, we’ll explore breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, and guided relaxation—all in a safe, supportive environment just for you.
What’s Included
Our 4-week pregnancy relaxation course is designed to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to your baby.
Each 1-hour session includes:

This course is led by Hayley, our co-founder and qualified Family Support Worker, Parenting Coach and Birth Coach. As a mum of four, she brings personal insight alongside professional expertise in mental health, counselling skills and childbirth education.
